由當代藝術大師草間彌生與 MoMA 現代藝術博物館於 2018 年聯名推出的限量珍藏版。全套包含三塊木製滑板，表面以彩色膠印石版畫（Offset lithographs in colors）完整重現其代表作《Yellow Trees》。每塊滑板背面皆印有官方特製的「MOMA Yayoi Kusama © YAYOI KUSAMA」聯名標記。
